Join us for a unique experience where you will create dishes from scratch guided by one of our wonderful cooking instructors. 

Once the cooking portion of the class is complete, participants will be invited to enjoy their meal at individual tables set by our staff in our beautiful store, immersed in an authentic Italian atmosphere. 

Here is the menu for this class:

• Charcuterie Board with Italian Cheeses and Cured Meat

• Spaghetti all Carbonara (hands-on)

• Veal Saltimbocca alla Romana (hands-on)

• Tiramisu (made in advance)

The menu contains gluten, eggs, nuts and dairy.

All our classes are BYOB (beer and wine only please). Classes that have complimentary wine or beer tasting include a small sample of the wines/beers being featured that night.
