Come join us for a fun evening creating a gorgeous charcuterie board with expert Alisha Wolfson, owner of Big Little Boards.  Alisha is a food stylist and has been the owner of Big Little Boards, making custom boards since March 2021.    Participants will recreate the board pictured in the first photo and will take it home to enjoy with family and friends or for a special event! 

Once the charcuterie board is complete,  participants will learn how to make fresh asparagus risotto from scratch with a Healthy Italia instructor.  Then they will be invited to enjoy their meal at individual tables set by our staff in our beautiful store, immersed in an authentic Italian atmosphere. 

The price of the class is per person

Here is the menu for this class:

- Eggplant Rollatini 
- Asparagus Risotto (hands-on)
- Vino Rosso for Dessert: Red wine caramelized pears with fresh mascarpone cheese & hazelnut honey

The menu contains gluten, eggs, nuts and dairy.

All our classes are BYOB (beer and wine only please). Classes that have complimentary wine or beer tasting include a small sample of the wines/beers being featured that night.
