Welcome to Healthy Italia Kitchen. We are thrilled to host Marcelle's soup making event!

After an amazing experience taking a cooking class with my Dad at Healthy Italia cooking school in Madison, I was inspired to turn my passion for cooking into my Mitzvah project. Are you ready to join me in the kitchen?

Healthy Italia and I have teamed up for a Mitzvah project called "Soup Sisters" on Sunday November 5, 2023 from 11:00am-1:00pm. When you sign up for the cooking class, we will dive into creating 3-4 different types of delicious, heartwarming soups. Together, we'll chop veggies for the soups and learn how to make them from scratch. Then when the soups are ready we will write the ingredients on the labels and help ladle the portions into containers so they can be delivered. All of the soup we prepare will be generously donated to Nourish NJ in Morristown. I selected Nourish NJ as my Mitzvah project because my goal is to help those who are hungry or in need, especially families and children, ensuring they have a satisfying meal before bedtime.

While the soups are simmering all participants will sit and have a communal lunch provided by Healthy Italia. Please note that children under 10 must be accompanied by a parent.  If you have any food allergies, please let us know ahead of time.
