Healthy Italia offers a rich assortment of on-site cooking classes where participants can enjoy fun in the kitchen and discover the true Italian spirit of cooking.

Starting with simple and genuine ingredients, you will be able to try your hand at preparing dishes from scratch from complete and seasonal menus of the best Italian traditions and also in thematic workshops. Guided by our Cristina, Angela, Emily and Susan, who will accompany you to discover the secrets of Italian cuisine and help you in the preparation of excellent dishes with an unmistakable Mediterranean touch.
