Truffle Polenta - Cascina Belvedere

How to prepare the Polenta with Black Summer Truffles : Easy and quick to prepare! Bring about 1.5 litres of water to the boil and season with salt; slowly pour in the instant truffle polenta and stir continuously with a wooden spoon or a whisk to prevent lumps from forming, for about 5 min, until it becomes thick and fluffy. You can make it thicker or looser by reducing or increasing the amount of water; we recommend 500ml of water for the first portion and then 250ml for each additional portion. Serve the Truffle Polenta with a drizzle of olive oil.
