Oil characteristics:

Oil produced from a single cultivar, FS17, obtained by free pollination of the Frantoio cultivar by the Research Institute of Olive Growing of the CNR of Perugia. The oil has an intense golden yellow color with greenish nuances, limpid; the nose is subtle and composed, with hints of artichoke, celery, chicory and balsamic tones of basil and mint. Soft and harmonious to the taste, it has notes of lettuce, parsley and a fruity memory of white apple and almond. Bitter present and spicy dosed.

Use: with salads, grilled fish and marinated tuna.
