Cooking Class Menu:


During this morning workshop, you will make three homemade pastas and three sauces from scratch.  You will cook one pasta paired with one sauce to enjoy here for lunch.  The other two pastas and sauces will be packaged to take home.  

Seating for this workshop is more casual and participants will enjoy their lunch standing at the cooking stations in our professional kitchen.

Three pastas made from scratch:

- Cavatelli, Fettuccine and Cheese Ravioli (all hands-on)

Three sauces you will make from scratch:

- Bolognese, Tomato and Burrata Sauce and Mushroom and Truffle Sauce (all hands-on)

- Fresh Fruit Salad (prepared in advance)

The menu contains gluten, eggs, nuts and dairy.

Description

The price of the class is now for a cooking station that can accommodate up to 2 guests. If you are a solo attendee we encourage you to come with a guest.

If this is not an option, we still welcome solo participants but we require you to purchase the entire cooking station and you will receive ingredients for two. 

If you are an odd-numbered group (for example: a group of 3 guests) you must purchase two cooking stations but you will receive ingredients and food for four people that you can enjoy or take home.

Join us for a unique experience where you will create dishes from scratch guided by one of our wonderful cooking instructors. 

All our classes are BYOB (beer and wine only please). Classes that have complimentary wine or beer tasting include a small sample of the wines/beers being featured that night.

Thank you for understanding that we cannot accommodate menu substitutions in our classes.  Please let us know of any allergies in the notes section when booking.
