Cancellation/Refund Policy

Our cooking classes are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend a class, you always have the possibility to transfer your seat to someone else.
If you would like to reschedule a class, we require a 5-day advance notice to reschedule, and a $50 rebooking fee per ticket will apply.
You will be emailed an electronic gift card in the amount equal to the value paid for the class reduced by the $50 rebooking fee per ticket.
If you cancel a class with less than 5 days’ notice - for any reason including sickness, or emergency of any kind - you only have the option to transfer your seats to someone else.

By completing this purchase, you are confirming that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions Cancellation/Refund Policy

Our Summer Camps are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel, we’re happy to honor one rescheduling request to another available week of camp. If rescheduling isn’t possible, you’ll receive a $400 voucher, valid through 12/31/2026, which can be used in our store or toward cooking school classes.
