With pickles line we intended to revive the ancient recipes of the Apulian tradition, valuing the raw materials in the area. The aim is to rediscover the taste of fresh vegetables preserved throughout the year in extra virgin olive oil.
The pickles are useful in the kitchen as an accompaniment to appetizers, to prepare quick appetizers, tasty side dishes for meat and poultry, the inevitable ingredients in sandwiches.
