Caprese Chopped Salad (prepared for you)
A fresh Italian-American style salad with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella pearls, basil, crisp romaine, and a sweet balsamic glaze

Handmade Spaghetti with Meatballs (hands-on)
Fresh spaghetti made from scratch and served with tender homemade meatballs in a rich tomato sauce

Chicken Parmigiana (hands-on)
Crispy breaded chicken topped with tomato sauce and melted mozzarella, baked until golden and bubbling

Traditional Italian Tiramisu (hands-on)
A layered dessert of espresso-soaked ladyfinger cookies and a smooth mascarpone cheese cream, finished with a dusting of cocoa powder.

We are excited to have you join us for a unique experience where you will create dishes from scratch guided by one of our wonderful cooking instructors. 

As a reminder, we are BYOB and you are welcome to bring in your favorite wine or beer to enjoy.
