Cooking Class Menu:


Classic Eggplant Parmigiana (Hands-on) 

Layers of sliced eggplant, tomato sauce, mozzarella, and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, baked until golden and melted.

Handmade Tagliatelle with Bolognese Sauce (Hands-on) 

Tender ribbons of fresh egg pasta cut from scratch and served with a traditional, slow-cooked meat sauce.

Chicken Scaloppine with Lemon and Capers (Hands-on) 

Thinly pounded chicken cutlets pan-seared and finished in a bright sauce of white wine, lemon juice, butter, and capers.

Traditional Italian Tiramisu (Hands-on) 

A layered dessert of espresso-soaked ladyfinger cookies and a smooth mascarpone cheese cream, finished with a dusting of cocoa powder.

Description

Join us for a unique experience where you will create dishes from scratch guided by one of our wonderful cooking instructors. 

Once the cooking portion of the class is complete, participants will be invited to enjoy their meal at individual tables set by our staff in our beautiful store, immersed in an authentic Italian atmosphere. 

All our classes are BYOB (beer and wine only please).
