*** The price of the class is now for a cooking station that can accommodate up to 2 guests. If you are a solo attendee we encourage you to come with a guest.
If this is not an option, we still welcome solo participants but we require you to purchase the entire cooking station and you will receive ingredients for two.
If you are an odd-numbered group (for example: a group of 3 guests) you must purchase two cooking stations but you will receive ingredients and food for four people that you can enjoy or take home.

Welcome to our cooking class where you'll have a fantastic culinary experience! In this class, you'll be able to prepare handmade tagliolini from scratch with the guidance of our expert instructor, Cristina Bossini, the owner of Healthy Italia. You'll get hands-on experience making the pasta dough, rolling it out into the signature thick noodles, and simmering them to perfection in the savory garlic and tomato sauce.
Not only will you learn how to make this delicious dish, but you'll also get to enjoy a six-course meal that features other delectable dishes that will take your taste buds on a journey. And that's not all - each course will be perfectly paired with a wine selected by our sommelier, Sandra, to enhance your gastronomic experience.
The class is designed to be a fun and interactive experience, suitable for all skill levels. You'll leave the class feeling confident in your newfound cooking abilities and inspired to experiment with Tuscan flavors in your own kitchen.
Here is the menu of this class:
- Charcuterie Board with Italian Cheeses and Cured Meats
- Arancini (Rice Balls) with Marinara Sauce
- Spinach salad with walnuts and pistachio pesto and white balsamic vinegar vinaigrette
- Handmade Tagliolini with Seafood Ragu - (Pasta hands-on)
- Fillet Mignon Medallions with Sauteed Mushrooms and Mashed Potatoes
- Handmade Cannoncini with Mascarpone Cream and Torrone (nougat)
The menu contains gluten, eggs, nuts and dairy.
All our classes are BYOB (beer and wine only please). Classes that have complimentary wine or beer tasting include a small sample of the wines/beers being featured that night.

More about Sandra Zotti:
Sandra's passion for wine began at an early age due to her parents' influence and family traditions. She later pursued her interest in wine by training with Kevin Zraly at his Windows on the World Wine School and studying at the American Sommelier Association. Sandra's career in the wine industry includes a position as Director of Events for Gary Vaynerchuk's Wine Library in New Jersey and her involvement in the creation and launch of PerUs, a cult label in Napa Valley.
In addition to her professional experience, Sandra has also completed the Introductory Examination into the prestigious Court of Master Sommeliers and is a Certified Italian Wine Specialist with the North American Sommelier Association. She has furthered her education in wine by studying with the Wine Scholar Guild.
Sandra's love for music, specifically classical piano, has also influenced her career in wine. She has combined her passions by creating wine-centered events for those who want to learn, have fun, and enjoy life to the fullest. Sandra hosts various events throughout the country in collaboration with venues, wineries, and retail spaces.
